FACTORY AREA/LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

Ranhill Industrial Estate is a new industrial compound on 130-acre of land owned by Ranhill. It has over 10,000 sq. meters of factory space. The factory is located in Dongguan which takes one hour by road from Shenghen border bus terminal.

NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES/EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

The factory has 1,000 employees, with experienced supervisors and technicians in charge of different sections. We are committed to a fair labour and welfare policy in compliance with Mainland China labour laws. No child labour or forced labour is used. We have senior staff assigned from our Hong Kong Head Office to station in-plant to supervise operations in the plant.

MAJOR EQUIPMENTS AND MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

Injection Moulding

1. Injection Moulding Workshop 10 sets of plastic injection machines (capacity ranging from 4ozs. to 26ozs) and 6 sets of blow moulding machines.

2. Engineering Tooling Workshop Design & production on of injection moulds, custom designed products.

3. Assembly Workshop Hand washing facility & air-conditioned changing room to ensure hygiene in production. The whole 700 sq meter assembling workshop is fully air-conditioned, with latex painted ceiling & ceramic tile wall & floor.

5. Quality Assurance & inspection

All finished goods and components must meet our high quality standards. Q.C. inspections are conducted according to MIL-STD 105E sampling plans using the designated AQL(Acceptable quality level).

6. Frequent & Routine Cleaning

Frequent and routine cleaning by designated janitor at each workshop to ensure absolute tidiness and a hygienic upkeep of the factory premises.
